📌 Booking Policy
All accommodations — including camping — must be booked directly through our website.
Reservations made through third-party platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia) or over the phone are subject to a 15% booking fee.
Booking directly through our site gives you the same availability, details, and questions as other platforms — with no extra fees.

🗓️ Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of your stay.
Changes to reservation dates or length of stay may result in a rate adjustment.

🌿 Seasonal Stay Requirements
A 2-night minimum stay is required for all bookings between Victoria Day and Thanksgiving.

🚭 No smoking anywhere on the property — $150 fine applies
🐾 Pets are welcome — $25 fee per stay

Bring the whole family and then some! Right in the heart of our resort we boast a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom rental with full kitchen and living room. Consisting of 2 king rooms, 2 queen rooms and a queen bunk room this accommodation can sleep up to 12 people!

Glamping in the most luxurious way! Our cozy off-grid Cabins sit directly on the shoreline of Stoco Lake. Equipped with a comfortable King or Queen sized bed, linens and lighting. Shared Washrooms and Showers are close by at the main lodge, Porta Potty right beside Cabin with a wash sink suitable for washing hands, brushing teeth ect.
